The Woman Behind THE BODY REGENERATION STUDIOS
Hi! I'm Stephany, owner of The Body Regeneration Studios. Before, when I worked in TV/Film, I saw the bts of our beautiful celebs. The Glam squad on set would totally transform that almost unrecognizable groggy looking celeb into the person we were used to seeing. Portable spa like machines were being used on the models before their shoot, giving their abs a tighter look. This is why we all have insecurities with our image. Celebrities can afford and get paid to upkeep their appearance.
A couple years later, a friend invited me to a women's small business party. There, I met amazing strong women who have all started their own business. I received an Ab and waist treatment and I could not believe my results! I looked like I was working out every day for months!
I completely fell in love with the results of Body Contouring! I realized....we all need a little glam squad in our lives from time to time. But to me, it was more than just looking good. I want to feel good too. I wanted my friends to feel great about themselves, I wanted strangers who I haven't even met yet, to feel great inside and out.
So, in 2020 I immersed myself in human biology, gut bacteria, and learned the layers of skin. I invested in machines, training, proper equipment and finally THE BODY REGENERATION STUDIOS was born!
I spend most of my days helping others with their personal health journey, and love every minute of it. For me, what I do is so much more than just a job, it's something I picture myself doing for years to come. It allowed me to create my own work environment, with a safe space for all type of people to feel welcomed and comfortable. I am honestly happy with where I am in my life, as an entrepreneur.
I'm also a mom to a 10 year little girl, a senior pup who is 14, a rescue who is 1, 2 turtles, and a household of plants!
I enjoy living by the beach with my lil family. I am a very active person who likes to swim in the ocean, play in the sand, ride bikes, read books, color and sketch, and create my own happiness.
